As many of you have already observed, shipments are underway. Some packages have arrived safely. Others are… in transit.

As ever, it is not possible for all deliveries to occur simultaneously, nor for every box to reach its destination at the same time. Please do not be alarmed by this. Delays are not an indication of loss.

The games have not vanished into the ether.

If they have, rest assured: we are monitoring the situation, documenting irregularities, and will assist should your package exhibit any unusual behavior.

Games for US and Mexican backers are being sent out from our fulfilment center in Texas!  They have made good progress, but not all the games have been sent yet. 

Games for EU and European backers have been sent – except for a few that didn’t confirm their shipping address.  You should have received an email from PTS, please respond to have your games shipped!

Games for UK backers are in the EU and will be moved to the UK for final shipment shortly.  Unfortunately, this can take 1-2 weeks depending on the time to clear import/customs processes.

Games for Canadian backers are being sent from Canada, and all orders should be sent by the end of the week.

Games for Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Rest of World are at VFI being packed up and will be sent to sub regional distribution centers.  The most up to date status for these shipments can be found here: https://vfi.asia/hubs/

While we have great confidence in our production and fulfillment partners, we know that not everything will be perfect. So if you receive your rewards and you need assistance with replacement parts or damages, please follow these steps:

We hope you had a very happy new year!

We have a very exciting update for you! In spite of a few unexpected shipping delays, our containers have finally arrived! We are now in the process of unloading, processing, and finally shipping them out to you all as soon as possible.

For our US and Canadian backers, this means the distribution center should begin shipping out your games starting early next week.

For our fans in Europe, the games are also very close. We have been informed by our European distribution hub that they’re expecting the arrival of their shipment of games within a few weeks. Once they arrive, they’ll go through their own unloading and processing before they get shipped to our backers.

As for the rest of the world, your containers have also arrived at our global distribution center! They’re currently being unloaded and sorted, and then packing will begin next week. Once packing has begun, you can check this link: https://vfi.asia/hubs/ and scroll down to the “M” category to check the status of shipping in your country. It will unfortunately vary from country to country for how long final shipping will take, but everything is moving along just as anticipated.

We have an important update from HQ as we move closer to fulfillment. Everything is progressing well, and now that production is underway, we are preparing for the next major step: confirming shipping information.

We will lock all addresses soon to ensure that your case files arrive safely. If you have moved recently or need to update your information, now is the time to review your details in BackerKit.

How to Update Your Address in BackerKit
You can update your address directly through your BackerKit account as long as addresses are still unlocked. Here is how to do it:

Please note that this method may not work if state-based shipping fees or taxes apply. If the address does not update inside your survey, or if your balance changes, you will need assistance from BackerKit’s support team. They may ask you to provide the following information:

If a project has already locked addresses, please contact us directly through the campaign page with your new information.

Updating Your Address Through Your Survey
You can also update your shipping details by opening your BackerKit survey from your confirmation email. If you need the link resent, visit BackerKit’s survey recovery page.

If your address is still open, click Edit Shipping Info to make changes. If you need to update your country or state, BackerKit support will need to assist you, since shipping rates vary. You can reach their team by clicking Need help? at the top right of your survey and selecting Contact Us.

Fulfillment Timeline
All product are on the water headed towards our various fulfillment centers and we expect fulfillment to start in January.

Hello recruits!

We have a quick update from HQ about the road to fulfillment. The games have now passed all required product safety tests, which is great news and an important milestone that allows production to move forward.

Now that testing is complete, all copies are in full production at the factory. Once assembly is finished, they will move straight into freight and begin their journey to our distribution hubs.

Based on the current schedule, we expect fulfillment to begin in January. We will keep you informed as things progress, and so far everything is looking steady and on track.
