Project Update: Shipping has begun. The packages are accounted for. We are watching.

Statement begins.
 
As many of you have already observed, shipments are underway. Some packages have arrived safely. Others are… in transit.

As ever, it is not possible for all deliveries to occur simultaneously, nor for every box to reach its destination at the same time. Please do not be alarmed by this. Delays are not an indication of loss.

The games have not vanished into the ether.

If they have, rest assured: we are monitoring the situation, documenting irregularities, and will assist should your package exhibit any unusual behavior.

Shipping Status by regions:

Games for US and Mexican backers are being sent out from our fulfilment center in Texas!  They have made good progress, but not all the games have been sent yet. 

Games for EU and European backers have been sent – except for a few that didn’t confirm their shipping address.  You should have received an email from PTS, please respond to have your games shipped!

Games for UK backers are in the EU and will be moved to the UK for final shipment shortly.  Unfortunately, this can take 1-2 weeks depending on the time to clear import/customs processes.

Games for Canadian backers are being sent from Canada, and all orders should be sent by the end of the week.

Games for Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Rest of World are at VFI being packed up and will be sent to sub regional distribution centers.  The most up to date status for these shipments can be found here: https://vfi.asia/hubs/

At this point in time we unfortunately cannot provide you with further detail about individual shipments.

Missing/Damaged Items

While we have great confidence in our production and fulfillment partners, we know that not everything will be perfect. So if you receive your rewards and you need assistance with replacement parts or damages, please follow these steps:

  •  For Europe/UK, please fill out a ticket here: https://support-ibc.surfinmeeple.com/open.php.
  •  For all other regions, please send an email to [email protected]. 
  • Include your Kickstarter email address & user name (this lets us know who you are)
  • Include your current mailing address (this lets us know where to send replacements). It helps if you include your name as part of your address and use separate lines instead of commas.
  • Tell us specifically what you are missing and/or damaged items. (This lets our team know what you are missing). Please check everything so we can send all replacements at one time. Please be specific - "I am missing everything" isn't specific.
  • If applicable, attach pictures of damaged items and/or packaging. This is required if you want a replacement box - so please don't throw away damaged shipping boxes until you have taken pictures.

We will send a response email to you within seven days of the last email you send. Sending multiple emails will delay our response to you.
