I wanted to share an update on Muerte & Magic II and also take the time to say thank you *so so* much for your patience. I know this campaign has taken a little longer than expected, and I'm here to break down everything for you 🙏🏼
A big part of the delay came down to finalizing the designs for the feathered serpent God of the Wind Quetzalcóatl, and the Goddess of Love and Beauty: Xochiquetzal. I had the entire survey finished and ready to go, I just needed to finalize these 2 last pin designs before I could actually submit the surveys.
I struggled a lot with Xochiquetzal's design, and I went through 3 different versions of her before I was actually happy with how this final version looked. 😫 Here's a visual representation of what it feels like when you have Art Block and everything you draw just isn't coming out good at all 😆

Quetzalcóatl will have rainbow glitter and screen printing details at 3 inches, and Xochiquetzal will have screen printing details at 2.5".

Now that the last 2 pin designs are finished, I've finally submitted the Surveys for their final review!! As long as there's no errors, this approval process is pretty quick :) After the Surveys are approved and the Smoke Tests come back with no issues, surveys will be released to everyone ASAP! 🥳🎉 Keep an eye out on your inboxes!
My Pin Manufacturer is currently on holiday, so this gives us time to gather the final counts and make sure everything is completely ready by the time they return to the office. My order will be one of the first projects they start with when they return, so I'm estimating production will only take about a month and a half after they come back (plus a few weeks for shipping). Once they arrive, I’ll move into grading and fulfillment right away. My convention schedule is also cleared out for this time period so I can put my focus 100% on grading and shipping 💌
