Hi! Everyone is in bulk production right now other than the service puppies, who are finished! We should have an update from our manufacturer very soon on when they are shipping out! They have made all the hanging tags and woven labels for the critters!

We have not locked surveys in order to ensure anyone who needs to update their address is still able to, as we have gotten a few emails about people moving. We will give a warning for locking addresses once we have an ETA on plushies; they will not lock until about 2 weeks before the plushies arrive so we can prep shipping labels at that time! We are planning on getting all orders shipping out the same week we receive the plushies- everyone's been so kind and patient as we navigate the production and shipping challenges the past year has caused us. Luckily we are now aware of the new climate for manufacturing and can avoid most major delays like this in the future.

Our manufacturer has put us on the priority list due to the massive delays the trade war caused on production and shipping! We will send out an update as soon as I get an updated timeframe from our manufacturer!

Thank you all so much for eveyone's support as we navigate all the difficulties of production- the plushies should've been finished and shipped out by no later than October/November, but production got delayed from the tariffs and trade war causing people to halt production nd shipping out of products, essentially clogging up the entire production line :(
