Hi folks!! We have 45 people who HAVE NOT filled out their surveys!!!

If you don’t fill out your survey, we will not have your shipping address on file and WILL NOT be able to ship out your order on time!! 

We will not have your shipping payment on time and it will take time for us to get the shipping funds once paid!! 

We will take the time to individually contact individuals if absolutely necessary, but PLEASE fill those out so we can get orders out faster!!
