Project Update: A Splendid Campaign, If We Do Say So Ourselves!
Our heartfelt thanks to the 1,631 backers, gadabouts, country squires, and incorrigible gossips whose unimpeachable generosity has brought $155,817 to RiverBank RPG. If anyone deserves a stealthy escape from Great Aunt Lucretia’s unbearably stuffy literary salon, it’s surely every one of you.
Be ready for further updates regarding fulfillment and small previews... In due time. Next week, perhaps! On somewhat approximating a monthly basis! We do enjoy sharing news and sketches, and there's all the summer before us.
We raise our paws, claws, and daintiest teacups to you!
And here is another bottle which I hope might loosen the tongue for when it's time to tell stories.... and when tired at last, he sat, on the bank, while the river still chattered on to him, a babbling procession of the best stories in the the world, sent from the heart of the earth to be told at last to the insatiable sea.
Project Update: Add-Ons Abound!
Behold, our glorious motorcar careens down the laneway towards the finish line, and a mere four days remain to support RiverBank RPG!
As the end of the campaign approaches, the time has come to open up our cabinet of curiosities, stocked from most excellent partnerships, and to discuss the add-ons available to backers during the campaign and survey stages. Read on, dear Backers!
This deluxe set includes four, six, eight, ten, percentile, and 20-sided dice, as well as four special twelve-sided Animality/Poetry dice. These A/P dice speed up gameplay during Animality/Poetry challenges, but they are completely optional!
If your Betweentimes kept you from attending the Kobold Press YouTube in the moment, never fear, the complete discussion is available now. Dive deep into the world of RiverBank and find out about the process of making the game, the key design decisions, and more!

I just backed and read the preview for Riverbank, and I’m absolutely loving it! Are there any plans for future expansions? I'm imagining something like Spats & Society where we move into Town, with a slightly grayer, fog-tinged tone. Can't wait to play this!
