Hi everyone - I want to step in and be as straightforward as I can in light of the current project delays.
First off, we communicated that fulfillment of RiverBank would start moving again over the holidays, and that plainly didn’t happen. We also held off on communicating further delays in hopes we’d have better news to share. I say we, but that’s on me, and I apologize for any frustration that’s been added as a result.
So, where are we at with RiverBank fulfillment? We are going to start shipping orders in the UK/EU that don’t contain the conflicting food items. No further delays. We will follow up separately regarding orders with tea & tea infusers, as we are continuing to run into issues with EU import and safety regulations.
Canadian backers should have started receiving their books. I got mine, and we’ve seen other folks celebrating their arrival. Thanks so much for your patience on that front.
RiverBank dice & cards have been received in our warehouse, and we will begin shipping them. Keep your eyes on your inbox for a tracking update.
We share your frustration with the run of delays we’ve hit on this project, and while we’ve been working through them we haven’t been clear enough on where we’re at. I want to be clear; we’re working through the remaining fulfillment problems as quickly as we can.
