Although the two books work side by side and the very first stretch goal is to provide ritual recipes for the hundreds of boons and charms from the first book, there's no requirement whatsoever to own the first book in order to get use out of this one. That said, if you enjoy this book you'll probably like the first one too!

Yes! The way I search for early bird backers after the campaign ends is to check the time of initial pledge being in that 72-hour period and that the backer has a physical pledge at the end of the campaign. So if you upgrade your pledge later you'll still get those free dice :)

PDFs for Tome of Intangible Treasures and Injuries and Vile Deeds will be sent to backers shortly after the campaign ends, once the pledge manager has been set up and pledges have been collected. This will initially be done via BackerKit's download section, and later via DriveThruRPG.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
