The bulks are finally finished! Our candy-colored critters are currently in the process of being compressed into boxes so they can begin their summer cruise to the US. There will be over 111 boxes in this shipment! That's definitely the most boxes I've ever received for my business. 

Here's what to expect going forward, accompanied by some cute photos courtesy of my manufacturer! 

As promised, we want to ensure everyone has time to review their pledges and addresses before we begin charging cards, seeing as a lot of time has passed. We will give two weeks notice starting today, meaning that cards will be charged on June 27th! During this time, the cost of shipping and any other add-ons you may have added to your order will be charged. Orders placed in the pre-order store will also be charged at this time. Please get in touch if you need us to make edits to your pledge or address. We're happy to help ya. Thank you for being patient with me during all this time! 

 To comply with federal regulations, one of each Hurtsie will also be sent off for safety testing in order to receive certifications. This means they will be burned... pulled...smooshed... This is standard for all plushies sold in the United States (and many other countries.) Another sample is currently being made of each design in order to test them individually. 

Once the boxes arrive at the forwarder's warehouse, they will be shipped via sea freight. Thankfully, we are using a logistics company that factors in tariffs to the shipping cost, so we don't expect to be affected at this time. it will take approximately 40 days for the shipment to arrive at port! After arriving at port, they will be transported by land to my storage unit in Knoxville. At this point, I will check everything over and begin packing orders. Some items will need finishing touches at my storage unit, such as adding clips to the bandage accessories.
