Tracking information will come via Backerkit. If you don’t get an email from Backerkit, that’s okay! Double check your Backerkit for tracking information. If you don’t have tracking information by May 20th, please use this form to report an issue.

Here be some updates for various regions on how shippin’ is proceedin’!

USA - Nearly all USA orders have been shipping or are waiting to be picked up by the shipping company. If you haven’t received tracking information by May 15th, please use this form to report an issue.

Canada - All orders have been shipped, so f you haven’t received shippin’ info by end of day, please use this form to report an issue.

AU/NZ - These fine folks have received the product and should begin shipping imminently. 

EU/UK - There was a slight delay with our shipping partners, but shipping has now begun. You should receive work in the next two weeks about tracking information. If you haven’t heard by May 15th, please use this form to report an issue.
