We hit my funding goal in just five minutes, which was faster than I ever thought possible! I owe most of that to the strong community behind Dragons and Beasties, as they were kind enough to take me on as their collab partner in this.
In order to double check the sizing and the quality, I already had the rat pin produced! This little guy is 3/4" tall (18mm).
A few questions that have come up:
Will you ship to the UK/EU?
Sadly, not at this time. Due to not having a VAT account, and because of GPSR changes, there are too many factors that I'm worried about doing incorrectly and I don't want to risk any fines or packages being rejected.
Will you have any stretch goals?
I will not have any in the campaign, as it already consists of 14 different enamel pins between the original 12, the freebie cat, and the freebie collab; but I will have a few different variants available in the add-on shop after the campaign ends!
For anyone new to BackerKit, there will be a survey that goes out around 2 weeks after the end of the campaign (so around early March). This is where you will select the pins that you backed for, as well as access to an "add-on shop" that will have various other options.
These will only be available as add-ons due to the complexity of fulfillment as is. With so many different pin designs, and being just one person that handles all of it for my campaign, it's more manageable for me to have a campaign pile of pins and alternate variants pile.
Will any of these pins be available outside of BackerKit?
Any leftovers will be sold at conventions that I attend. Due to lack of time, I'm not sure if I will be able to list any online in my Etsy.
