Hello friends I ḿ reaching out here because I got a bit of an odd situation Back in July 16th got an email: "New Digital Content for Numenera: The Amber Archive on BackerKit" Among the listed items were the old Numenera PDFs AND the Boardgame (which I had added to my pledge) but when clicking on the link to redeem the game it takes me to my MCG account in the Coupons/Rewards section but the Boardgame coupon isn't there. I tried contacting support twice already (waited about two weeks in between each to give them some time) but never got an answer, not even a confirmation email. Has anyone encountered a similar situation? Have to say, in the past (few years back, Claim the Sky campaign) I also had to contact support for something else and it was great, and in general any interaction I've ever had with MCG has been as great as their products, so the current situation kinda puzzles me. I know the discord might be better to try and reach them but I don't use discord, so if anyone wants to help getting this message across to the team I'd be grateful. PS. I plan to make a large holiday shipment with a bunch of rewards I have waiting and whatever else comes by years end, so there is no rush. I'd just like to get this sorted without later time-pressure.
