- We fulfill rewards as they become available. If you don’t see a reward you’re entitled to among your coupons, please check your email and the campaign’s recent updates to make sure we’ve fulfilled it. If we haven’t fulfilled it yet, don’t worry—it’s coming!
- We guarantee that your crowdfunding reward will be available for you to redeem for up to a year beyond its release date. (This means you can wait a bit to redeem your reward, if you’d like to combine rewards for cheaper shipping, are changing address soon, or similar reasons.)

Hi, so I finally bit the bullet and ordered what was available (do we have an update on the rest because its been like 2 months and Id love the dice and playmat), and while I'm very happy about it and have been pouring over what I got, I did get sent duplicates of some things by mistake. I emailed you guys a week and a half ago and still haven't gotten a response so I figured I'd ask here since you recommended not emailing you about the same thing. I didn't pay for them and would feel bad if I got someone else's pledge (idk it kinda feels like stealing to me if I just kept them and didn't mention it). Thanks

Hi! Not to be annoying, but i wanted to ask what the status on the bonus casette and the dice set is? Those are the last to items that i havent gotten a coupon for yet? The other things did have coupons and arrived on time and in great condition! (Love the book and stickers btw!)
