Since it's been like 4 months since I originally ordered I'm trying here. I am in the UK. March 13th I ordered all that was physically available at the time: The Main book, the 5 Character Portfolios, Player's Guide bundle of 5, the Training Cassette Tape, the Deluxe and Autographed book, the Leitner Bookplates, and the A Guest for Mr. Spider book. Eventually in early ApriI most of it was sent, except for the bookplates. I set the address for the pub I worked at but for some reason despite being open the package failed delivery and got returned to sender. Ever since then I've been emailing multiple times about a redelivery attempt with dwindling results. No new tracking information, no confirmation if I pay more postage or provide an alternative address I can actually get my items, saying my bookplates will be sent and ignoring the rest of my order (plus they haven't arrived either), and now my latest email to their Support doesn't get a response. Even though there's more items available to get now I'm so burnt out from this experience I'm not even sure what to do. I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone compared to everyone else's experiences and I was genuinely so excited to be able to run a game for my friends. Anyone else had a complicated time with recieving their stuff?
