The long story; Our fulfillment team, which was a team hired through a service that provides warehouse operations/fulfillment workers, has had internal difficulties that have dissolved the numebr of staff we have on hand. This has slowed fulfillment down to near a halt, especially now that we are in the process of preparing pallets for shipping out to our newer, bigger warehouse in New Jersey.

That said, me and my partner, and one of the operations leads are working through the coming weekend to fulfill as much as humanly possible before move out. Since we structured the fulfilment to prioritize the bulk of single/small orders first, we are now in the awkward bottleneck of the bigger, more complex boxes that both take up more room in the UPS/USPS truck which means they can take less in each load.

For example, where a pallet used to hold about 80 boxes, they now hold only 30-50 depending on the box size. If only 3-5 loads are taken a day, the amount going out per day drastically declines day over day. Additionally , in preparation for the move out, we are having to consolidate and wrap pallets which is an arduous process all on it's own.

This is an exhausting process, both mentally and physically, and we are racing against a deadline of this current warehouse lease expiring after extending it as much as was financially feasible.
