My book hasn't arrived yet! If you're in the UK, it definitely should have arrived by now. If you're in the rest of the world, hold tight for a few more days - I'm getting reports that orders are still arriving even as late as this week. If you think your books is missing, send an email with the subject "Missing Scurry Book" to [email protected] with your country and address to confirm who you are. I'll sort it out :)
When I go to itch, it says there's no download key available for me! You have to log in with an itch.io account using the same email you used when you pledged for this campaign on BackerKit. Itch.io should then find and assign your key to you. That said, it's still finicky (I think it's a new thing they're trying out). If you're having trouble, send and email to [email protected] with the subject "Missing Scurry itch.io code". Make sure to send it from the email you pledged with on BackerKit.
I've got another problem! Hit me up with an email, and please explain with as much detail as you can. It's just me (Brian) doing all the troubleshooting, so please be patient!
