A Twist of Fate - Part 6: Into the Hall. Fenn clears his throat, glancing at the riddle. “Got it. The answer’s ‘Time,’ right?” The stone guardians rumble in disapproval. Their eyes flash, and the ground beneath Fenn trembles as the statues lurch to life, heavy stone footsteps closing in. “Time to get creative!” Fenn mutters, diving and rolling just as one of the statues swings a massive stone arm in his direction. Using every bit of his rogue’s agility, he dodges, slips between them, and tumbles through the doors, which slam shut behind him. He finds himself in the grand entrance hall, lined with shimmering golden chandeliers and walls draped in woven tapestries of chance and fortune. Ahead, four hallways stretch into shadow, each marked by an engraved symbol above the archway.
1-5: The Hall of Mirrors: A doorway adorned with a carved reflection. Inside, rumors say, illusions blend with reality—perhaps even revealing one’s true intentions.
6-10: The Vault of Coins: Marked with a shining coin symbol, this path holds the legendary treasures of past seekers—if they survived the trials.
11-15: The Chamber of Dice: A dice icon hangs over this entrance, suggesting games of luck and fate. Some say Talisor himself tests those who dare to enter here.
16-20: The Garden of Whispers: Ivy trails over a doorway etched with winding vines. Inside, voices of those who sought Talisor speak from the shadows, offering cryptic hints - or clever deceptions.
