Project Update: THE END! Thank You So Much! 💕
Hi again, everyone! ♡ヾ(•ω•`)
The project has officially come to an end!
Thank you so, so much from the bottom of our hearts for your constant support for our silly little cows!! 🐄
We've unlocked all stretch goals save for one, which was roughly €70 away from being unlocked! This is a relatively small amount to cover, so we'd like to announce that Sailor Moo's sticker set has also been unlocked, meaning ALL stretch goals are officially available!! 🥳🎉
So, what's next?
Everyone will get charged for their pledges within the next 24 hours now that the campaign has ended.
If your payment gets declined for whatever reason, BackerKit will keep retrying your pledge payment over the next couple of weeks, so please keep an eye out so that you don't miss out on your rewards and any goodies that comes with it!
It takes roughly 2 weeks for everything to be fully processed on our end, so we estimate to send out the surveys starting around November 18th! We'll make an update accordingly once we've sent out the smoke tests first, and then follow it up with the remaining surveys! Right now, it's basically just a waiting game until everything has been processed properly by BackerKit! 🥰
There will also be a pre-order period for people who missed out on the project but still wanted to get something, which will be done directly via BackerKit!

The survey will give you all the options! For example, if you pledged for one plushie, you'll be shown all 4 available options and select whichever one you'd like. It's very easy and will include visuals for ease! Otherwise, you're free to contact us if you need any help. 😊
🐄 Can I add more items to my pledge when I'm filling out the survey?
Yes, you can!
You're free to add however many items you'd like to your initial pledge. Everything is unlocked, so all items are available for you to choose!
🐄 When will we get charged for shipping costs?
You can pay for the final shipping costs once you've been sent the survey!
🐄 Will these products become available in your shop?
Yes, they will eventually become available in our shop once we've fulfilled and shipped out all pledges!
🐄 When will the first plushie prototypes be shown for Moocha Latte & Sailor Moo?
Depending on how fast things get fully processed by the payment processing platforms and we get the funds, we estimate the first plushie prototypes for these two characters to be around mid to late December.
This can fluctuate depending on our manufacturer, but based on our previous experiences with them for Cherry and Cotton, we consider this a good estimation!

Project Update: ⚠️ Update on shipping to the USA
Hello everyone! How have you been this summer?
We wanted to post a mini update about a situation we believe most of you are already familiar with by now. We were waiting for a proper update from Portugal's postal carrier, CTT, before posting this, and the inevitable finally has come around.
We wanted to post a mini update about a situation we believe most of you are already familiar with by now. We were waiting for a proper update from Portugal's postal carrier, CTT, before posting this, and the inevitable finally has come around.
Due to the complicated tariff situation, our postal carrier has temporarily suspended all parcel shipments to the USA.
This means that the pins, for US backers, will be put on hold and reserved indefinitely until further notice. Flat items such as stickers are, however, still able to get mailed out.
Since this is a worldwide issue and many other countries all over the globe are also suspending shipments, we cannot give an accurate estimation as to when this will get resolved. ): Everything is incredibly unclear and - perhaps unsurprisingly - this restriction came very sudden.
As mentioned beforehand: We'll naturally reserve all plushies, pins, and stickers on the side until parcel shipment to the USA resumes! Naturally, orders that are not to be sent to the USA will still get their goodies sent as normal. 💖
Finally, to all USA-based backers: We're very sorry to hear that everything is going incredibly difficult regarding shipments. This is outside of everyone's control. Everyone is kept in the dark, and no one has any clarity other than that the situation utterly sucks and is complicated for no good reason. ):
Despite everything, I still wish you all a wonderful day in these trying times. As always, give yourself a little treat whether that's with a snack, a good book or movie, or anything else you find joy in!

Project Update: ✿ July mini update
Hello everyone!
We hope you've been doing well since the last update! We know it's been a bit quiet, but we've been working to get everything in order ASAP! We've also been incredibly busy due to a new job this month, so it's been a lot of juggling between work, running a small business, and studying at the same time.
During this time, we've also been awaiting a shipment from our plushie manufacturer, but we've had an unfortunate case of the shipment somehow going missing. Our manufacturer kept us updated about the situation since they approached us first about this, but it seems that there's little hope to have it be found. ): This is still a pretty recent development, so we're still awaiting further details to see what can be done.
We're really sorry for the wait once again. Things have still been difficult for us since the last update, but we also know it's not an excuse to have long waiting times. This is why we try to keep you updated as much as possible.
