We've unlocked all stretch goals save for one, which was roughly €70 away from being unlocked! This is a relatively small amount to cover, so we'd like to announce that Sailor Moo's sticker set has also been unlocked, meaning ALL stretch goals are officially available!! 🥳🎉
So, what's next?
Everyone will get charged for their pledges within the next 24 hours now that the campaign has ended.
If your payment gets declined for whatever reason, BackerKit will keep retrying your pledge payment over the next couple of weeks, so please keep an eye out so that you don't miss out on your rewards and any goodies that comes with it!
It takes roughly 2 weeks for everything to be fully processed on our end, so we estimate to send out the surveys starting around November 18th! We'll make an update accordingly once we've sent out the smoke tests first, and then follow it up with the remaining surveys! Right now, it's basically just a waiting game until everything has been processed properly by BackerKit! 🥰
There will also be a pre-order period for people who missed out on the project but still wanted to get something, which will be done directly via BackerKit!

🐄 How do I specify which characters I want?
The survey will give you all the options! For example, if you pledged for one plushie, you'll be shown all 4 available options and select whichever one you'd like. It's very easy and will include visuals for ease! Otherwise, you're free to contact us if you need any help. 😊
🐄 Can I add more items to my pledge when I'm filling out the survey?
Yes, you can!
You're free to add however many items you'd like to your initial pledge. Everything is unlocked, so all items are available for you to choose!
🐄 When will we get charged for shipping costs?
You can pay for the final shipping costs once you've been sent the survey!
🐄 Will these products become available in your shop?
Yes, they will eventually become available in our shop once we've fulfilled and shipped out all pledges!
🐄 When will the first plushie prototypes be shown for Moocha Latte & Sailor Moo?
Depending on how fast things get fully processed by the payment processing platforms and we get the funds, we estimate the first plushie prototypes for these two characters to be around mid to late December.
This can fluctuate depending on our manufacturer, but based on our previous experiences with them for Cherry and Cotton, we consider this a good estimation!

We're absolutely in love with how adorable they're looking, and the colors this time around look a lot clearer and vibrant as well! 😭💕 These don't have any changes made yet since the last update since we were waiting on our manufacturer to send videos of both of them before we considered communicating any adjustments, but we're happy to see them in much better lighting this time around!
✿ Other Updates
Enamel pins production had to be halted for a little bit due to some color correction issues (a vibrant, light baby blue is unfortunately a tricky color with the standard Pantones all factories use) but it is now back into being manufactured!
✿ Double-check your surveys!
It's time for us to lock down the surveys soon, so everyone has an additional 48 hours to review their choices. The plushie samples are pretty much close to being finished with only minor changes to be made (some of them being, for example, Moocha Latte's cream dollop and possibly switching his fabric bowtie with ribbon instead)
You can still edit your shipping address even after your survey is locked!

We hope everything's been going well with you since we last saw you! It's been a while, but we finally have some updated samples for the Sailor Moo and Moocha Latte plushies.
In regards to survey deadlines, we'll be keeping it open until the start of March, so please double-check your choices before this!
PLUSHIES
They're updated with the intended minky fabric so certain design details are more visible. As mentioned last time, we'll be adjusting and refining them further now that we have a more precise vision of what they look like!
Their bowties in particular need some adjusting, as well as Moocha Latte's lil cream dollop! He styled it a little too generously, silly cow.
We're super happy with how the progress is coming along! They're both slowly starting to take shape to their final, lovingly pudgy form! 🐄💕
ENAMEL PINS
The enamel pins are all set to be put into production as well! Our manufacturers had an 8-day long break during the Chinese New Year and have come back a few days ago, so there has been a small period of time where product sampling and prototyping had to put on hold.
However, we're excited to share that the pins can finally be put into production, and we expect them to arrive at our office around late March/early April!
STICKERS
We're ready to ship out the rewards for the stickers-only pledges this month! 🎉 Please look forward to seeing your pledge get shipped out.

Everything has become harder for everyone in the world the past month, with many uncertainties and unfortunate events thrown at us left and right without warning. However, please make sure to make time to give yourself a break. We're here to update everyone that the survey deadline will have an extension for an indefinite amount of time due to our manufacturer sending a prototype update but they acknowledged that their designer had forgotten to switch out the fluffy fabric for the minky fabric.
We can, however, show you some of the alterations done for the plushies as to how they look like right now! They are coming along super nicely, and will still need minor adjusting and some finishing touches, but they're getting very close! 🥰
We're still waiting for the next sample update as well as the color corrections for all of the enamel pins, so we'll post another update once we have more photos to show you all.
