This is an exciting update to write—after years of work, countless prototypes, and all your patience and enthusiasm things are starting to arrive to Backers! Let’s take a closer look at where everything stands.

Asia Pacific (VFI Asia)
VFI has completed distribution to their regional shipping hubs, and packages are now moving out to backers throughout Asia and the Pacific regions. If you’re in that part of the world, you should be seeing tracking notifications soon (or already!).

Canada
Our friends at Board Game Bliss have started shipping to Canadian backers. Unfortunately, we discovered a few missing products in the initial shipment. We’ve already sent the missing items from our Seattle warehouse—and expected them to arrive during the fulfillment process in order to fill the gap—thank you for your patience while those final components make their way north. They are saying they will arrive in the next week.

United States
Fulfillment for U.S. backers should now be complete! If you haven’t received your Vault yet—or you think yours may be missing something—please reach out to us so we can make it right. We’re thrilled to finally see photos of Vaults arriving across the country. Keep sharing those shots of your tables and storage setups; we love seeing the creativity and joy from the community.

European Union
Board & Dice let us know that the Vault shipment has officially arrived at their warehouse and is being processed. Once they’ve cleared and sorted all the pallets, fulfillment to EU backers will begin shortly. Thank you to all our European Vaulters for your patience—your Vaults are finally on home soil.

United Kingdom
This one’s been the tricky leg. The UK shipment cleared customs and is in a clearing warehouse, but for reasons still unclear, we haven’t been able to get the freight released for delivery. We’re actively following up with the carrier and local logistics partners to get this moving. Once we have a firm release and delivery date, we’ll post an update directly to this thread so you’re not left in the dark.

We’re incredibly proud to be at this point. Seeing Vaults finally reaching tables around the world is the best reward imaginable after the long journey from concept to completion. For those still waiting, know that your sets are either en route or nearly so—we’re watching every leg of the process carefully to make sure each region gets taken care of.

Thank you again for your trust, patience, and enthusiasm through this epic fulfillment phase. The end of this adventure is truly the beginning of many more—now it’s your turn to open the Vault and start creating worlds of your own.
