Hello Vaulters!

We’re back with a quick but important round of fulfillment news, plus a first look at something new we’re unveiling at PAX Unplugged this weekend.

Our UK and EU partners have officially received all goods. Spiral Galaxy has already sent over their downpayment invoice and begun issuing address confirmations to backers. They estimate that fulfillment will begin in one to two weeks. If you’re in the UK, keep an eye on your inbox.

Over in Poland, Board & Dice requested an updated backer list, which we sent to them yesterday. We’re expecting their invoice any moment and will share more once we have it.

For Asia/Pacific, Canada, and the United States: fulfillment is complete. This is a huge milestone and one worth celebrating.

A note on damaged goods: There are still some damage reports being processed, and overseas cases in particular take longer to resolve. We sent extra product to VFI Asia specifically for this purpose, and we’re hopeful it will cover most needs. Please continue to reach out to your local fulfillment partner first, as they are the ones who can file insurance claims directly. If you run into issues after that, we’ll help however we can.

We’re headed to Philadelphia this weekend for PAX Unplugged. If you’re attending the show, come visit us at Zulu’s Game Cafe in Booth GH-63E. We’ll be running Vault demos throughout the weekend and would love to meet you.

In anticipation of PAX Unplugged, we’re debuting a brand-new standee expansion: Villagers & Vigilantes.

Many of you have suspected this was coming—it’s our long-requested deep dive into NPCs: townsfolk, guards, miscreants, market types, and more. The set includes 56 standees across the full spectrum of village life:

We also heard the feedback from those of you who jokingingly noted that the original Vault contained too many children. So we went ahead and added four more. That ought to solve it.

The Villagers & Vigilantes Standee Expansion Pack will be available in limited quantity—just 100 copies—at PAX Unplugged. It will go live on our online shop the following week for everyone who can’t make it to the show.

Behind the scenes, Marshall has been hard at work on our next major release. It’s still early days, but we’re hoping to have something to announce in March of 2026. The early concepts are looking fantastic, and we look forward to sharing more when the time is right.
