If you've ever wondered what a work-in-progress looks like, this is your chance to experience the raw story and performances before sound, music, visual effects, pick-up shots, and color are finalized. But we'll also swear you to secrecy, because there are SO MANY SPOILERS in this episode, including a reveal that we've kept secret for ten years!
CAMPAIGN UPDATE
If you've been watching the campaign, and have been with us through many prior campaigns, (or if you've ever nursed a BBQ brisket past 150 degrees) you know that the mid-campaign stall can be brutal. With seven days to go -- and our funding just over the 50% mark -- we'd be worried if we hadn't done this dozens of times before.
However, as always, success in a campaign like this comes down to YOU. Yes, your pledge makes a big difference, but so does your enthusiasm. We only get over the finish line when we come together as a community, sharing excitement, ideas, and our love for these stories. So buckle up: on Monday we start our countdown to the final five days, working towards another photo finish that helps us keep the story alive.
With just one film to go after this one, we're hopeful that everyone who has loved The Gamers over the years will step up, spread the word, and grant us another renewal!
