Project Update: August Update!
First off; thank you to those of you who came to visit us at Animate Orlando! We had a good time meeting some of you!
Our next convention will be DRAGONCON in Atlanta, GA at the AmericasMart!
Quickly followed by another trip down to Florida for Ocala Comic Con at the World Equestrian Center!

Is that a delivery truck I hear!?
Hip Hatchlings have started to arrive!! I'm so excited to start seeing these babies in person and THEY ARE SO EXCITED to get to their forever homes (that's with you)!
But with all things there comes some speed bumps and boy do we keep hitting them! It seems that our package of wing charms and free gift items have been lost to the seas! Tracking hasn't updated since leaving the manufacturer and they are well past their delivery date. So, we're working with the manus to get them remade and shipped to us as quickly as possible. I'm not sure if we're going to be able to get them before our planned shipping date, but we hope (cross your fingers) that IF there is any delay it is only like a week or so.
Please keep in mind that we are a small team of just a few people, 4 to be exact! We have two conventions in August and another next month DURING our planned shipping. We promise no one will be forgotten and every Hatchling WILL make it home! We just ask for your patience, updates will come as we have them.

Will I be able to pick up my rewards at DragonCon or OCC?
Sorry but we won't be able to do pick ups! It can be stressful during conventions making sure the right person picks up and that BackerKit understands the reward has been received and that just isn't something we can handle on site nor risk traveling with extra inventory already purchased.
Can I have my rewards shipped separately if there is a delay?
We can offer this on a case-by-case scenario if you need, but you will need to cover shipping costs for the separated items.
Can I PURCHASE Hip Hatchlings at DragonCon or OCC?
Yes! We have set aside all inventory (and back ups) needed for backers and preorder peeps! Extras will be available in-person at these events but will NOT be available on the web store!
