I have some good and some not so good news!

The VERY good news in that the Hatchlings have all arrived at the warehouse! We've also received our packaging materials. But we still need to go through and check that we have everything we ordered and that will take us some time to organize.

The other good news is that the shipment of wing charms made it in!

The bad news:
Is that we're still investigating what happened to the enamel pin order. We don't want to keep you all waiting for them or another set to get through production and ship. Please bare with us as we try to figure out what is best to do! Eating the packaging, tariffs and shipping charges to separate them from Hatchlings isn't feasible, so we want to explore all our options before resorting to that.

We are open to offering a $20 gift card for those who would like to drop the pin from their rewards to spend how you please on artofso.com. Please send us a message or an email ([email protected]) and we'll get that taken care of for you!

We are beginning our prep to start charging for shipping! Do not worry there won't be any immediate cancellation of your pledge if things go wrong. If all goes smoothly cards will start being charged before the end of September. We'll post another update with a heads up so you're ready!

Here is a rough shipping plan for us:

First Wave: US-based backers who do not require the enamel pin
Second Wave: International backers who do not require the enamel pin
Third Wave: Backers who choose the gift card option and as soon as we make sure your pledge is modified correctly

Note that the "waves" are just organization for us, with less than 200 backers we're not expecting weeks or months between them.

With the current turmoil with international shipping INTO the US. I am worried there will be trouble sending packages OUT. Maybe worrying over nothing but I'm working out some contacts to get info so I can make sure no Hatchlings get lost at sea. Baby dragons aren't ready for ocean swimming!
