Thanks so much for jumping on board our Christmas bundles! This is the first time we've run a campaign like this and we're super happy with how it's gone.

We're now gearing up for a rapid fulfilment of physical orders, because we want to get our warehouse partners packing things up and sending them out as fast as we can.

Before we can do that, we need to send out surveys and collect addresses and shipping fees. Surveys should go out early tomorrow (2 December), and we'll send another update when that's happened.

To maximise how quickly we can get your order moving, please watch out for the survey notification, and fill out your survey and pay any shipping fees as promptly as you can. Each morning we will then send any orders that have completed that process to our warehouse partners.

We'll send a separate update about digital fulfilment once the physical stuff is underway.
