I believe the best kinds of stories are discovered. I have spent years dreaming up a way to tell a story that allows users to explore as much or as little as they want. I’ve crafted this story, so that an individual who loves art can simply flip through my art books, and enjoy a civilization of dragons and humans living in harmony. Or the book worm who loves to read, can pick up Journey into the Valley of Myrr, and enjoy an adventure from beginning to end. But when you love a story, you want more. I’ve crafted this story to be much larger than a single book. Or a sequel, or a prequel. I’ve created a civilization immersed with stories that will all eventually connect to one of the most epic adventure readers will ever experience. 

 

I write a lot of short stories around my art, some are stand-alone stories, others connect directly to the core story line. This bundle is my collection of the most important story elements exposing the events that will eventually unfold.

Tales from Eknor 

Tales from Eknor is a collection of the short stories I wrote introducing readers to my main characters that are in Journey into the Valley of Myrr. Each story is about a chapter length, and usually focuses on only that one character. I wrote them to help people get to know their personalities and give a few hints as to what each of their character journeys will be throughout this series. This booklet also features a “Story Art” print of Paakkua, the grandfather dragon of the village. The art print will feature a QR code that takes you to a short story of Paakkua introducing himself to you. 

 

In my novel, Journey into the Valley of Myrr, I created bonus chapters accessible by QR codes, as well as secret chapters that can only be found in the interactive version of the E-Book. As the adventure unfolds, Torben gets separated from the group and experiences something much different than the others while exploring the valley. His journey is exclusively documented in the secret chapters, or what I am calling The Book of Torben. Available to you in a print format for a limited time.

 

Many strange things have evolved within the Valley of Myrr, this creature being one of them. But there is a lot more to this creature than meets the eye. Is he a horrible beast of war, or a noble warrior to setting out to save the day? His short story reveals a much deeper lore behind his character, and the ancient Valley of Myrr.

 

Currently my story world does not believe that Ice Dragons exist. Well, since I drew it, I sort of gave away the surprise. But the short story accompanying this art dives into the mind of the Ice Dragon, giving you insight into the lore and legends behind the elusive Ice Dragons.
