Hello Xcrawlers, Road Trip hit the fully funded mark a few hours into the campaign and we're pushing forward! I wanted to celebrate by giving you a peek at the first event in the Road Trip, the defense of Ft. Lauderdale.
#1 - Georgia District, Florida Shire
The district of Georgia has some of the NAE's most stunning beaches, particularly in the shire of Florida. For this event, the Xcrawlers will be managing beach defenses at Ft. Lauderdale. This fort was established to defend against various beasts that dwell in the ocean and are sometimes given to make incursions upon the land. The Xcrawl team will not, however, be in the actual fort. Instead, they will build and defend their own sand castle from whatever enemies come out of the sea.
The team has 2 hours in which to build a large sand castle using any means available to them. They will be provided with a selection of beach toys such as plastic shovels and buckets, though scaled up to adult sizes. The team must select one member to be the lead design engineer of their project, who will make the construction roll to determine the sand castle's stats.
