We've blown past $16,000 and are getting close to our next stretch goal! At $17,000 we'll unlock digital cards for all the Edges in the Han Cluster. Our next stretch goal after that is really cool, and we're anxious to reveal it once all the details are finalized!

For those who missed it, I spent over an hour talking with Manual Sambs of Savage Worlds Sprawlrunners fame about some deep dives into the Han Cluster's development that I've not revealed before. We touched on everything from how it developed into an optimistic game, to some of the elements I considered for it but rejected in an effort to focus the experience. We talked about what I'm most excited to do NEXT in the Han Cluster once the setting is finally out there in the wild, and we even talked about the archetypes and allies that are included in the game.  Come give it a watch and tell others about it too!  And while we're talking about allies....

You know that awesome robotic girl featured in the campaign's banner image? We'd like you to meet Hailey Preston. She was the first robot to manifest an X-Ghost in human space, and has played a significant role in the recent history of the Han Cluster, including helping to secure equal rights for Linked machines when she appeared as a witness in the so-called "Adoption Papers" hearings on Earth. She was an ill-fated Z-Kid, and was built to appear 12 years old. Intended to be a surrogate child for a couple not allowed to have one of their own due to Earth's population control laws, Hailey's story of how and when she Linked to the Nex is shrouded in mystery, but she's had a remarkable 70-year life since. Though she's become quite wise and intuitive, she still retains those childlike qualities and expressions she was originally built to exhibit.

Hailey is a pivotal figure in Han Cluster's Transcendence Plot Point Campaign. Though she's not capable of doing what the heroes can do, she is nevertheless a great ally among several other key figures who work with the heroes to try and save billions of people from the Blinding—if they can...

At one point in the campaign, the players are able to take direct control of these allies, including Hailey, and shape their stories of how exactly they help the heroes accomplish this remarkable feat. Here is a sneak peak of Hailey's character card, demonstrating just how powerful she is to have on your team during these Crisis Tales!
