Project Update: Pledge Manager: Now Live!
Hello, Backers! We have some great news for you today...
The Pledge Manager is now live! Any minute now, you should see an email with a link to the BackerKit Pledge Manager. Please use that link to finalize your add-ons and make sure a card is on file for shipping charges (if applicable).
Please complete the survey by Sunday, November 2nd to ensure the fastest possible fulfillment of your pledge!
Why a deadline? Well, one reason is that our t-shirt order will be placed based on the sizing received from your surveys. In fact, if we don't have your t-shirt sizing by this deadline, we will have to cancel your t-shirt order.
The deadline will especially impact international backers. We’re trying out a new approach to speed up international fulfillment. Your pledge will be shipped directly from China to the destination market. We will prep the contents based on surveys completed as of Sunday, November 2nd.
In short, the quicker your responses, the quicker the overall turnaround. Late surveys could result in a delay relative to other backers. Thanks for your cooperation!
