I've got another sizable update to share with you today. I'm going to try to keep it as brief as possible while sharing a bunch of images though!

Sculpting of all minis has nearly completed. I'm anticipating having all the STLs in hand by the end of the week (though they may not be released until the new year). You can see some screenshots of the models below!

Editing Progress
Editing has been delayed slightly due to the balance editor getting sick last month. However, there are just two sections (Primal and Unholy) remaining to be edited and editing on them has begun. This is currently expected to wrap up in mid-January. That's a couple weeks later than I'd originally hoped, but the holidays put an extra delay on everything.

Art Progress
Illustrations are fully complete! This means that once the text is done there should be no delays in getting it into layout. There are over 100 pieces in the book, and several of the monster categories ended up getting group illustrations to depict the unique variants in them.

Iris has just about finished the first four chapters, and has done some tests of layout for the final chapter, Boons and Charms. All told, the page count has grown to a massive 512 pages (expected final count), which does mean that some appendices like the 2024 conversion guide and the Heliana's recipes will be digital-only. The upside for that of course is that they can be edited as needed after release, so if we end up finding that the pricing on a Heliana's Crafting recipe seems wrong or some additional guidance is needed for the 2024 conversion then that'll be easy for me to add. They'll be linked with URLs and QR codes in the book itself and hyperlinked in the PDF to make it as easy as possible for you to access them.

While full PDF release won't happen until probably late January at our current rate of completion, I've asked Iris to export some of these earlier chapters once they're finalized so that you can enjoy the first couple hundred pages a sooner than that.
TL;DR
The book is going to be huge at 512 pages (so the price of both hardcover and PDF will be increased after the pre-order period ends), PDF release is now expected at the end of January. STLs are almost done.
