Thank you so much for your patience. We have now sent out all surveys! We kindly ask that all surveys be submitted by December 5th! We will be locking surveys and charging cards on December 12th. You will be charged for shipping fees, taxes (applicable in Canada only), any additional add-ons selected through the survey, and any outstanding payments. Backers have until December 12th to update or change their survey responses.

Survey Updates: Super Backer Freebie Pin
As some of you may notice, the super backer freebie may not appear automatically on eligible pledges after surveys have been completed. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to automatically update eligible pledges with this freebie upon completion of your survey. After speaking with Backerkit's support team, we have been advised to manually add this freebie to pledges after surveys have been submitted. We will be reviewing and updating eligible pledges after surveys are locked (December 12th).
Surveys submitted during the smoke test have already been reviewed, and pledges from all eligible backers have been updated with the freebie. We will double-check everyone's pledges one more time after surveys are locked, in case any backers have changed their pledges.
How to Receive the Super Backer Freebie Pin: If you want to receive the super backer freebie pin, please pledge for 4 or more pins (any combination of mini filler, medium, or large pins). Backers may also add extra add-ons (pins from either the Spooky Critter collection or our other pin collections) through their survey responses to become eligible! Please note that pin mystery bags will be excluded as an eligible item for the 4 or more pin criteria.
Please note: The early bird freebie (spooky hollow art print), the returning backer freebie (mini candy corn pin), and the Pintober freebie (jack-o-lantern sugar cookie pin) have already been automatically added to eligible backers. However, if you are missing any of these freebies from your pledge, please let us know! We will update your pledge accordingly.
🇺🇸 US Shipping Update 🇺🇸
We also received some concerns regarding US shipping fees. Shipping costs have unfortunately increased over the past year due to changes to international import/export policies, US-Canada relations, and the tariff situation. We are currently charging $25 CAD (about $18 USD) for US shipping (for the deluxe collection, US shipping is $35 CAD (about $25 USD)). This shipping fee covers the majority of costs (tariffs, duties, and taxes) for current DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) postage.
We may be able to get cheaper shipping rates with our potential 3PL partner; however, we won't be able to confirm these rates until closer to the fulfillment date. If we find cheaper shipping methods (either with our 3PL partner or other shipping services) by the time of fulfillment (March 2026), we will adjust US shipping rates and refund backers the difference.
