Just a reminder that surveys are due soon! About 88% (206/232) of backers have submitted their survey so far. Thank you so much, everyone! Since Backerkit's website was down for a period of time in the previous weeks, we will also extend the survey deadline to December 7th @ 11:59 PM EST.

For backers who opted for the pay-over-time option, you will receive your surveys after your final instalment is paid or when your pledge is paid in full.

We will be locking surveys and charging cards on December 12th. Backers have until December 12th to update or change their survey responses. You will be charged for shipping fees, taxes (applicable in Canada only), any additional add-ons selected through the survey, and any outstanding payments. We will also double-check everyone's surveys and manually add the Spider Web Freebie to qualifying backers.

We kindly ask backers to double-check that payment methods are up-to-date before surveys are locked on December 12th. After surveys are locked, we will be charging cards soon after. This charge will appear on your bank statement as MOCHIVILLE.
