We owe you an update;

Manufacturing has hit some unexpected roadblocks, and we've had to pivot to keep things moving forward.

I'll shoot it to you straight: production of the Combo Cube hit a major snag, and it turned into a fiasco.

Our original manufacturing partner dropped the ball on both the foam production and the pillow covers, forcing us to shift gears and find new partners... for both of them. That meant going back to the drawing board, reworking our supply chain, and figuring out a workaround to ensure we could still deliver Combo Cubes on time... which we figured out.

Here’s the good news: we secured a new manufacturer for the foam, and production is back on track—just in time for our estimated delivery date. We expect the pillows themselves to be manufactured and ready to ship by the end of the month.

However, there’s a wrinkle: the pillow covers may not be ready in time.

We’re currently working on locking down a reliable, USA-based cut-and-sew factory to produce the covers, but we don’t have an exact timeline yet. This means we have a decision to make—one that we want you, our backers, to weigh in on.

Would you prefer:

1. To receive your Combo Cube as soon as the pillows are manufactured and ready to go (which means you might have to wait a little longer for the pillow cover to arrive separately)?

OR

2. To wait until the pillow covers are also ready and have everything shipped together (which could delay fulfillment by a few extra weeks)?
