I sincerely apologize that it took me a little while to finalize everything , I wanted to make sure all the details were accurate before moving forward.

As we prepare to ship your rewards, there will be an upcoming charge for shipping and applicable U.S. tariffs and Canada on goods manufactured overseas. These tariffs are standard import duties required by U.S. Customs and are based on your order’s declared value.

We’re working closely with our fulfillment partner to ensure everything is processed smoothly. Once the shipping and tariff charges are applied, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your payment details.

 Dear Backers,

When this campaign ended in January, I explained that shipping fees and taxes would be calculated later so you would receive the most accurate rates. Over the past several months, I’ve been working hard to manage these challenges and explore every possible way to keep shipping affordable.

Unfortunately, a few unexpected factors have affected fulfillment:

I know these delays are frustrating, and I deeply appreciate you're understanding as I work through both health setbacks and rapidly changing trade policies. 

Please know I’m also in contact with the BackerKit team to explore the best solutions for these new shipping and tariff requirements.

I understand some backers may be concerned about the added shipping and tariff costs. If you are unable or unwilling to cover these additional fees, please reach out to me directly in my email. 

While I cannot guarantee full refunds due to BackerKit and payment processing fees already spent, I will do my best to work out a fair solution. I have also reached out to BackerKit for advice, but have not yet received a reply.

Please know I am fully committed to fulfilling every pledge and will continue to communicate openly as progress is made.

Hello everyone,

Thank you all so much for your incredible support and patience. I wanted to give you an honest update before shipments go out.

Recently, I discovered a system error that caused a few backer orders to duplicate some items unintentionally and that is why it took so long. As a result, some orders temporarily appeared to have more items than were actually purchased.

To correct this, I’ve been reviewing affected orders manually. If your order was impacted, you may have received a cancellation notice, don’t worry, your real items are still safe, those that paid are already paid and will be shipped as planned.
 
Only the duplicate/unpaid items were removed. Sorry, Backerkit staff told me this was the only way to fix the issue. 

I'm now preparing packages and shipping in waves through August and September. If you haven't received a shipping invoice yet, it’s because I’m still finalizing your shipping fee based on your item count and location.

If you order 10 pins or more, you will still receive free shipping as promised! I will send a confirmation email to all eligible backers.

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, I’ll be sending you an invoice via shopify shortly. You’ll be asked to confirm your shipping address and complete payment before your order is shipped.

Note: The free Froggy Lotus pin does not count toward the 10-pin free shipping promotion.

At the end of July, I experienced an unexpected health setback and was hospitalized. I'm doing much better now and deeply appreciate your kindness, patience, and support during my recovery.
