Project Update: For any failed payments issues
Quick update for those that might be experiencing failed payments:
1. If you have multiple bank accounts connected to one card you might want to check and make sure that the account that is getting charged from has enough funds to cover the pledge amount.
2. Some transactions might be marked as fraud by banks and in this case you might need to confirm and approve the transaction with your bank. Possibly after confirming, you might need to re-add your card to BackerKit in case it's not going through. (This seems to be due the transaction getting registered as physical location transaction and not online purchase, so your bank assumes someone else is using your card overseas and puts a protection on)
3. Even if you re-add and try to charge the card again, only one transaction will go through so don't worry about any possible double payments.
4. If you have the possibility, try switching payment methods/cards.
There is enough time to fix up the payment issues as well as I will send in an email to BackerKit about all the reported issues to forward any more relevant information to everyone.
