I discovered that it is possible to set up PayPal payments for campaign store (post fundraiser store) and after a bit of issues, I managed to connect everything and made it available! So those who did not have an oppportunity to pledge due to not having cards or card issues, you can now use PayPal for a limited time to get the rewards and add up to the total of fundraiser amount:

Just sent the survey review to BackerKit
They need 1-2 days to pre-approve the surveys before I can send them out to all backers so hopefully that goes through smoothly and we are all on track with the timeline of sending out the surveys on December 1st!

I'm trying to organize all these alternative options to make sure we can cover all the pledge cancellations and refunds so we don't lose any of the stretch goals! There is currently still a good amount of failed payments but I really hope that won't be the case in the next days.
