Hey everyone! 

We just wanted to give you an update that we have completed shipping physical product to backers in North America! We've just sent out email notifications through backerkit with tracking numbers if you didn't get them previously. 

If you run into any problems with your shipment, please let us know at [email protected] . And again, if you haven't filled out your survey or corrected any outstanding balance, please do so right away.

Shipping to the rest of the world will begin soon, as the warehouse in the UK is still waiting on delivery of the product.  Please be patient, as fulfillment could begin as early as next week, or as late as after Christmas. It really depends on when the pallet comes in, and the workload of the fulfillment company.

Canadian Backers
Just a little housekeeping now. We have refunded all Canadian backers for any GST charges, as we are not set up to collect those taxes on your behalf and it's in almost all ways better if we leave that to you on your end. You should see those credits within a few days. Sorry for the confusion and any inconvenience. International shipping and tax collection is a tricky wicket. ALMOST as tricky as the morass of inter-state domestic sales tax in the US! 

Backers in the UK/EU are a different situation, as we have set up VAT registration there, so no change is necessary.

Unless something crazy happens, our next update will come when shipping overseas is complete!
