We're pushing our first round of test orders to the fulfillment warehouse today. A huge thanks to everyone for your patience and encouragement!
Here's what to expect:
- A small number of domestic test orders pushed today.
- A larger number of domestic and international test orders pushed on Tuesday.
- Then we ship worldwide as quickly as our bank will let us make automated ACH withdrawals for the $90,000 or so in shipping costs.
You will receive email updates from EasyShip and (we think) BackerKit as your packages enter the system and ship.
FAQ: WHEN SHIPPING GOES WRONG
A small percentage of packages always get messed up. It's inevitable when almost 4000 packages are shipped. If you're one of the unlucky recipients of a bad shipping experience, here's how to get support.
My rewards arrived damaged. – Take photos of everything including the packaging and email [email protected]. We'll make an insurance claim and send a replacement.
My package was lost in the mail. – Email [email protected]. For domestic backers please wait two weeks from your ship date. For international backers please wait thirty days from your ship date.
I received the wrong items. – Email [email protected] with photos of your package and your items.
My package didn't ship. – Double-check in BackerKit that you've completed your survey, paid for shipping, and paid for any extra add-ons, then email [email protected]
