Babaw wins with a decisive 79-21. I think this may be the most lopsided fight yet. "Attack from the shadows always wins" seems to sum up many of the backer votes.
Now on to our final first-round fight!
Round 1, match 8: Banelash vs. Corruption Zombie
The final matchup of the first round is here! And this one is an old-fashioned slobberknocker! It’s a slow-moving brute vs. a fast-flying biter, and both of them have some tricks up their sleeves!
The Banelash will rely on its amazingly agile flight to latch onto its foe and deal damage with its mangling maw and grasping claws! It might not find much blood to drain from its enemy in this bout, but those teeth are nothing to laugh at!
On the other side, the Corruption Zombie is going to have to rely on its ability to expel rancid poison to counter the other creature’s speed. If it is able to get its hands on the enemy, it has the strength to make those moments matter!
The first round has been filled with dramatic moments and last-second victories…what will this fight bring us? There is little chance of either of these two making it out unscathed, it’s just a matter of who will remain standing at the end!
