Project Update: Vote on the monster-hide texture!

Hello everyone! Before we dive into our next monstrous poll, here's the results of yesterday's poll:

Results of Match 8

It was our closest bout to date, but the Banelash whipped the Corruption Zombie with a final 57 to 43 victory. Seems like the Banelash's flight, reach, and claws made it the winner over its slow-moving and undead rival. The quarterfinals to see who rises to the top of the heap will begin this coming Monday, so get ready to dive back into the battles then.

Monster Hide Texture Battle--FIGHT!

Yesterday's livestream was a lot of fun. Among other things, we discussed the textured material that we should use for the monster-hide edition. And now it's time to vote!

Below is the poll regarding the textured material. We'd like your input as to what texture you want to use.

As many of you know, the Dungeon Denizens 1 reptile-hide foil editions turned out amazing. We're hoping to make something just as cool with this Dungeon Denizens 2 book. Especially with Doug's art, it's going to look awesome.

Tell us what texture you'd prefer! We can't commit to fully honoring the results, because vendors and printers sometimes can't get every material. But "as of right now" our printer can get these materials, so we want your input. Focus on texture, not color - we may change the color to match the final foil or design choices.

So...which is your favorite?

P.S. For reference, this is what the two foil editions of Dungeon Denizens 1 looked like. Pythore material with 2 foil tones and a deboss, plus a removable sticker.

Here is the mockup of Doug's art for Dungeon Denizens 2 (exact colors TBD; this is the 5e version).

And here are high-res images of each texture option:
