- If you are in an apartment, is the correct apartment number listed?
- If you are moving in the next 1-3 weeks, is there an alternate, permanent address you can use to ensure safe delivery?
Some important news for Lunchbox folks:
The lunchboxes are going to take a bit longer to produce, so we made the tough decision to pull the trigger on fulfilling everyone else's orders, but will be splitting y'all's; you'll be getting some things with everyone else, and the rest of your items with the lunchboxes, fulfilled by the two of us. So if you get your first wave of items and see some are missing, be patient! They are coming with your friendly Lunchbox Gabby.

Will I get tracking information when my package is sent?
Yes! When the warehouse sends your package, you should automatically get a tracking email sent to the email associated with your BackerKit account.
My situation has changed. Can I get a refund?
We will still honor refunds for the next 48 hours. After that, things start shipping and we can't take any orders back! Email us at [email protected] to request a refund.
