We have an announcement for all backers that purchased an Atlas box.
All Atlas boxes made from this print run have a dice tray included in the box. This was not intentional and resulted due to a miscommunication surrounding the assembly process of the Atlas box with our manufacturers.
Our mistake is now your gain! Everyone who ordered the Atlas box (a lot of you) will be receiving a free dice tray! 🎉
If you purchased both a dice tray and an Atlas box, you will be receiving two dice trays: one from the add-on and the free one in the Atlas box. If you're one of the backers who received two dice trays, hopefully you can find a use for the second one for larger Moonrollers games or as part of another game (maybe Moonrakers?). However, if you feel deeply upset about receiving a second free dice tray, please send us a message at [email protected] and we will do our best to reach a suitable solution for you.

Our US warehouse is hard at work packing all of your games to be shipped! We're still a bit behind schedule due to the manufacturing issues we discovered last week. We were hopeful they could finish fulfillment by the end of September, but it may bleed into October if they experience any other issues.
We also submitted our first wave of replacement orders this week, and will likely submit another wave at the end of September so the warehouse can fully focus on fulfilling the rest of the orders from the campaign. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us with the support form mentioned above!
Canada
The US warehouse had to unpack and repack some Canadian orders due to some issues with the Appendix A box for the Mythic Mischief Volume 2 campaign so their timeline for shipment to Canada has been pushed back by a bit. However, we heard they are super close to completion on all Canadian orders being packed!
We're also still waiting on our Canadian fulfillment partner, Pick and Pack Logistics, to confirm some details for us before we can ship to Canada. They will be the partner receiving the goods from our US warehouse to sort and ship off to final destinations. You will receive the tracking information once Pick and Pack has your packages! The timeline for this process is still unclear at the moment, but we hope to have a better estimate to share with you by our next update.

International orders haven't shipped yet, but you will receive a shipping email once they have!
Europe 🌍
Even better news than last week: Fulfillment in the UK/EU started this week!
Spiral Galaxy got our inventory earlier than expected and got everything sorted and packed in record time. Some people should start receiving tracking emails soon but if you haven't seen tracking yet, don't panic. Fulfillment will likely last a few weeks.

Aetherworks has received the inventory from the UK! We also just cleared the documents needed to ship the App A replacement pieces, so that is currently making its way to Aetherworks from the US. Our Aetherworks account manager was out of office this week so we weren't able to confirm a start date yet, but we will let you know as soon as we know! 🙂
Asia and Rest of World 🌏
Similar to last week's update:
VFI updated us that due to a vessel delay, the UK container will arrive at their port with an ETA of Sept 15. You can continue following the boat's position here. We are also shipping items from the US to VFI to supplement the missing Appendix A pieces, so the timeline for fulfillment is currently dependent on when both shipments will make it to VFI. We will update you once we hear back from VFI about when they have received the inventory!
Out of Office 🏖️
The IV team will be out of office this upcoming week to recharge with some R&R (Revenge & Rejuvenation?). Our customer service email ([email protected]) will still be open but you may experience a delay in response time. We will not have an update next Friday, but we will post one early in the week we are back (Sept 23/24)!
