United States

Our warehouse estimates they still have 38% of US orders left to fulfill and expects fulfillment will last through the first week of October. The remaining orders are some of the larger ones and they want to make sure they pick them accurately, so we appreciate your patience! 

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us with the support form mentioned above! 

Canada 

All Canadian orders are now fully picked and packed! 

Our US warehouse is coordinating with the Canadian fulfillment partner, Pick and Pack Logistics, and they just finished up the last few admin tasks needed for the shipment. All of our documentation has been submitted and now we're just waiting for them to schedule the pick up. 

We are hoping they will pick up the pallets by next week and will keep you updated on when that occurs! 

Mexico, Central/South America

International orders haven't shipped yet from the US warehouse, but you will receive a shipping email once they have! 

Fulfillment in the UK/EU is proceeding smoothly. They are just over halfway complete at this point so if you haven't received a shipping notification yet, do not fret! We will update with another completion status next week.

Aetherworks has now received the shipments from both the UK and US! 

Address verification should have been sent out last week to your emails so please check for that in your inboxes. Now that Aetherworks has received most of the inventory, they should starting fulfillment quite soon--likely before our next update! 

There were some typhoon delays for the boat last week, but it has ported and customs has released the shipment. Currently, ground transportation to VFI is being organized. The start date for fulfillment is still to be determined depending on when they get the inventory and inbound it.
