Please note, if your order has already shipped and you received the tracking information, it is too late for us to change the shipping address. Our first suggestion is to try rerouting it through the shipping partner or perhaps have a local friend or family member pick up the package for you.

If you have any issues with your Moonrollers package, please fill out the Support Form on our website using the "Campaign Pledge Support" option. The Support button can be found at the bottom of the webpage.

United States

We’re so excited that fulfillment has commenced in the US and we’ve started seeing some of the first packages arrive! The US warehouse will continue shipping more packages throughout the next few weeks, and when your game ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

***Local Pickup in Nashville: You will receive an email early next week with the details for local pickup options! 

Canada 

Some Canadian backers may have received an email about their order being shipped with a "Generic Label" and a blank spot for tracking information. Canadian orders are currently being packed and shipping labels are being created in the process, but they have not been shipped out to Canada yet. 

Once the packages have been sent to our Canadian partner's warehouse, you will receive the up to date tracking information in a separate email. The US warehouse has given us a timeline of that information being sent to you in mid-September. 

Mexico, Central/South America

All other international orders are still being packed and will be shipped in the next few weeks. You'll receive a tracking email when it has shipped!

Spiral Galaxy notified us of some freight delays this past week but still expects to receive the shipment in time to begin fulfillment the 3rd week of September. We will keep you updated on their start date each week, but you can continue (🙄/😭) following the boat's position here. 

Spiral Galaxy sent out pre-shipment address confirmation emails to backers last week. Please check your Kickstarter email to confirm your address is correct. 

If it is not correct, you can fill out the form attached in the Spiral Galaxy email. You can also use the form to provide forward delivery instructions to your local delivery company and to delay the dispatch date as needed. The form will only be in use until shipments start getting dispatched. 

Aetherworks is still waiting on a container from the UK to arrive. The latest ETA of the UK container at port is early September, so we hope to hear more updates by next week about an estimated timeline of fulfillment!

VFI is still waiting for their products on the container ship. The latest ETA of the container at port is mid-September. You can follow the boat's position here.  
 

We plan to begin shipping retailer orders once the local warehouses have finished shipping the backer orders. 

Labor Day Out of Office 🏃

IV Studio will be out of office next Monday, Sept 2nd for a US Holiday, and we'll be back in the office Tuesday, Sept 3rd. We'll be working to get to your emails as soon as possible!
