Production is moving along! I've been receiving lots of updates from the factory, and things seem to be progressing swiftly, which means hopefully it will all be wrapped up within a few weeks. I am incredibly pleased with how everything is looking, and excited to have these in hand to get out to everyone! 🌈

It's been a minute since my last update, and even though the world is crazy right now, we're chugging along with getting your books to you!
Heather Tracy's book, Only a Chapter, was released on April 22nd, and we've got shipments of books in!
How to Operate Your Body, my nonfiction book, is done with copy edits and I'm just waiting on the final paperback cover to order copies for the May 20th release.
The 6th book in J.S. Fields' Ardulum series, Ardulum: MIrrors of Andal is just about to go to copy edits, and is scheduled to release June 10th!
I'm hoping to get copies of all three of these by the end of May, so I can ship them and any other books out and complete this campaign, just in time for the next one!

Speaking of, If you want to get a head start on the great books in the Year 4 campaign, sign up right here to get notified as soon as we go live on May 29th! We're doing things a little different this year, and dividing the campaign into two halves, one in June and one in November. That way, all the books from the first campaign will be delivered by the end of 2025, and all the books in the second campaign by June 2026.

It’s another biweekly update, though a relatively small one for now. Manufacturing is still moving along, and more update photos will be on the way as I get them.
As for the looming question, the tariffs, rest assured that I’m working on a solution that hopefully shouldn’t impact delivery times by too much. Otherwise, I’m caught up in throwing out job applications to both absorb the unavoidable costs and pay the bills since for the foreseeable future, running the business full time isn’t particularly viable given the state of the world.
After kicking the date down the road a few times to ensure each and every one of you was able to complete your merch survey- we can finally charge your cards for shipping and start fulfilling your orders! The charge will go out tomorrow, if you have any trouble with the card not being charged- don't hesitate to contact BackerKit support. They can handle the back end, and will put you in touch with us directly if needed.
Please keep in mind that it will take a while to manufacture, pack, and ship all ~900 orders ourselves, especially since we will be still be busy animating the episode. That being said, we will keep you all updated as regularly as we can- both here and on our socials!

We’re excited to share an update on the shipping process for your Backerkit orders! We’re shipping orders in bulk segments based on character, domestic location, and current inventory. Here’s how it works:
Orders are divided by character and shipped in batches. For example, if one character has 7 orders and another has 25, the batch with 7 orders will ship first.
Each order is shipped separately—so if you have multiple bags, you may receive them at different times. Rest assured, any remaining items are on their way!
Current Status: ✅ Most orders are progressing smoothly! However, a few items are still pending:
Stolas Backerkit, Plushies, and Inserts have not yet arrived.
Stolitz Backerkit is experiencing delays, and I’m exploring options with a different manufacturer due to a lack of progress.
12x20 Bags & Boxes are pending shipment from Alibaba, but they should arrive soon.
Vee Bags are arriving gradually, and we expect to finish their shipments this week, as their labels are already prepared.

Hi everyone, I'm making another update to answer some questions and address some things--
To begin with, I'm deeply sorry for the delays. I've definitely made some mistakes over the past year, and am working to correct everything as swiftly as possible. To that end, as I've previously stated:
I WILL NOT BE RUNNING ANY MORE CAMPAIGNS OR PROJECTS UNTIL ALL OUTSTANDING PROJECTS ARE FULFILLED.
I thought I had made that clear, but it seemed as though some were still confused.
I know I dropped the ball. I've done my best to communicate as clearly as possible, but evidently my updates have still been lacking, so here's a breakdown of the situation.
Thanks to various life circumstances, I unfortunately took far longer than anticipated to complete proofs necessary for the manufacturing process to begin, along with switching manufacturers. At this point, however, I've finally managed to almost fully catch up on everything at this point, and Foxwright Apothecary has been fully in production for several weeks now. As promised, here's some a photo update from the manu of some of the molds:
Pride Potions has now also fully entered production, and surveys for Decadent Orchard should be sent out before April. Proofs for Decadent Orchard have been completed at this point, so following survey responses, that project can also enter production swiftly. As it currently stands, all Foxwright Apothecary pins should be shipped before the end of May, provided there are no significant delays in manufacturing or shipping, which are outside of my control. Pins for all ongoing projects should be shipped before the end of Summer 2025. I know that this is less than ideal for many; my aim is to resolve these projects before the summer begins.
I understand the concerns expressed in the comments, and would like to know what I can do to better serve everyone. Would it be preferred that I make an update once a week, even if I have nothing new to share, or would it be preferable for updates to only address new developments?
With everything approved and fully in production with Foxwright Apothecary, I’ve had the time at last to finalize all the proofs for Pride Potions, which was a behemoth of a task that has been a source of a lot of my overwhelming stress. They’ve been sent along to my manufacturer, I’ve gotten my invoice, and have sent the payment, so that means all Pride Potions pins are going to be headed into production very soon!

I just received copies of The Slayer's Magic with its new cover, and brand new copies of The Traveler's Magic, so I'll be shipping out those books this week!

That means we only have three more books left in the Space Wizard Year 3 roster to release!
First is Heather Tracy's book, Only a Chapter, which I showed off last update. Copy edits are going on now, and it will be released on April 22!

Second is the new version of How to Operate Your Body, my nonfiction book. I released "The Legs" last year, and after writing on "The Arms" this year, I decided it would be better to roll everything into one full book so there wouldn't be any overlap between them, especially as a lot of the exercises use your whole body. So I'm updating the cover a little to match! This one will be released mid to late May.

The last book released for Space Wizard Year 3 will be the 6th book in J.S. Fields' Ardulum series! This latest one is titled Ardulum: MIrrors of Andal and will be releasing in June during our Year 4 campaign!

Owl House bags (USA pledges) – Shipping should finish ASAP! I am waiting on a few commissions that will help me wrap up shipping!
Hazbin Bags – Shipping will resume ASAP!
Hazbin Heaven & Stolas Bags – These will start once the previous shipments are finished.
Large 10x20 Bags – Since these are bigger than the samples, I had to order new boxes. Shipping will start soon.
EU Shipping – European Shipping for each backerkit is unfortunately a bit delayed due to new EU shipping issues I was not aware of. If I have to I might have to refund EU orders, but I am trying my best to not let this happen. If I dont do this right I could get fined heavily and Im trying to take the precautions for this to not happen, while still being able to give you your bags. <3

💰 Why Shipping Has Been Slow 💰 I want to be fully transparent—manufacturing costs are split into $400-$500 payments, which I pay off weekly using Klarna or AfterPay (payment plans that let me pay in 4). This means I’m paying around $100-$150 per week, and because I do this every week, the costs stack up fast.
I typically make $500-$600 per week, but since multiple payments hit at once, I often only have $50-$100 left on payday. Since shipping costs $10 per package, that doesn’t leave me with a lot of extra money to get everything out as quickly as I’d like—especially since I still need to cover food and basic living costs.
📦 Shipping Timeline & Anime Arizona 📦 The good news is my manufacturer gave me a $1,000 credit due to a shipping issue, so all FUTURE shipping costs are covered! (This does not include stuff I am already paying for, I had around $1500 left, and only had to pay another $500. So future payments are done but I am still paying things off) My goal is to get most orders shipped out by the end of March, because I’ll be vending at Anime Arizona! March / April will absolutely be the upshift of shipping, as I'll be having some friends come out to help me GET THESE BAGS OUT OF MY STORAGE UNIT Trust me, I want them gone. Paying for a $250 storage unit for 50 boxes is NOT ideal. I want them GONE. </3 And we've resolved the future shipping issues hopefully, as I am getting a new representative that I have in contract cannot add fees after bulk creation, so this won't happen again!! :D
