This is a notification to let you know that this project is coming to an end and to provide you with the last shipping update, as well as end of project information.
All orders marked as "ready to ship" in Backerkit have been packed and are out the door.
If you have not received your package yet please check your email for a tracking email from Backerkit. Your package may have been shipped but has not yet made it to you. Your tracking email will have your tracking number for USPS.
If you did receive your order and are looking to order more Bakeshop pins, they will be available in the Etsy shop.
If you have not received your package, please first check your tracking email, or please review the following criteria for why you may not have received a package.
🚨 Incomplete Surveys
There are backers who paid for their pledge, but did not complete their survey. As well as backers with failed shipping payments. If you’re one of these backers, you have 30 days from today (October 10th, 2025) to fill out your survey and pay for shipping. If you do not complete your survey within the 30 days (by October 10th, 2025), per the terms and conditions of this project, that you agreed to when you submitted and paid for your pledge, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund, or your rewards.
There are currently a few backers with failed survey charges. This means that you filled out your survey and provided card details, but when we charged your card for shipping, the payment failed. If you do not complete your payment within the 30 days (today to October 10th, 2025), per the terms and conditions of this project, that you agreed to when you submitted and paid for your pledge, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund, or your rewards
Please note that the project will close on October 11th, 2025. After that date we do not check the pledge manager. While you will still be able to complete your survey after that date, your order will not be fulfilled.
🚨 Charge Disputed
If your bank disputed your charge then you may have submitted your survey, but technically your order has not been paid for because the bank revoked the funds. If this happened to your order we sent an email with information on how to pay for your pledge. If we do not receive an email within 30 days of when we first reached out, you will forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund.
📦 Orders that were returned to sender
If we receive an order that’s been returned to sender, we will email to let you know. That email will contain information on how to get your package sent out again. If we do not receive a response within 30 days of our initial email, you forfeit your rewards and will not be given a refund.
📦 Never received orders
If your order tracking email says “delivered”, but you did not receive your order, please first contact your local post office with your tracking number. Your post office is the best chance of finding the lost order. If your local post office cannot locate your package, please email us at [email protected]
If you did not receive your package because of an address change, or because you entered the wrong address, and did not notify us of an address change, we can ship your order again, but as backer you are responsible for paying a second shipping fee, per the terms and conditions of this project. If you did notify us of an address change but have not received your order, please email us at [email protected]
For any backers who are unable to locate their package, you will have 30 days (today to October 10th, 2025) to notify us that you did not receive your package.
We are willing to work with backers however we can to help get any missing orders into your hands. If you order is missing please contact us within the timelines stated above. We can only notify backers with so many updates, it is partial backer responsibility to ensure you've received your packaged, and to notify us in a timely manner if you did not.

Hello my friends and happy September! Shipping has been officially completed for the Haunted Library, a month in advance of our original shipping start date. We are so thrilled to be done early, so you have plenty of time to show off your spooky pins in time for the best season of the year.

With the fulfillment of our first BackerKit complete (and our second in production), we have a couple projects planned before the end of the year.
We're excited to launch Popsicle Pals - a mini-campaign just in time for spooky season with a collection of nostalgia-inspired popsicle enamel pins! It launches September 2nd for one week only.

Along with the current sale, several new designs have been added to the shop, including what's left of the Bakeshop designs. Keep in mind that I didn't order a whole lot extra of the Bakeshop designs, so if you're wanting more, now is the time to get them.
Previous designs that got a recolor or size change, including three new neo rose colors: trans pride, dark pink, and black. Two redesigned It's Not Me heart pins in silver and purple and teal and gold. One new color way for the dagger/rose pin, and a translucent enamel on the ever popular fresh pin.
For the fall I've got new Heirloom Pumpkin pins, both in a 2 inch size, one with pearl swirl enamel, the other with pearl shimmer enamel - and mini board filler pumpkins.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
Sometimes packages miss an item, or get the wrong item. While I do my best to double check every order as I pack it, sometimes a thing or two slips through. If I missed anything, please send a polite email to [email protected] (I will not respond to comments!) with a photo of your packing slip and what you are missing. Comments here about order issues will simply be told to email me.
You will have up to 3 WEEKS after your package is delivered to claim any issues. After that, I will not replace any missing or damaged items.

Hello my friends! I am sending a blanket email update to all of my followers, including backers of our first campaign The Haunted Library and our second campaign Victorian Villages. A lot of these updates will apply to you all and I thought it was easier to just send one update so you don't have multiple emails to read.
Great news! Shipping is underway for The Haunted Library, well over a month early than our original timeline. I am about halfway through the campaign so far and aim to have everything out by the end of August. I'm a one-woman packing show over here, so between my day job and life in general I am churning through packing your orders as quickly as I can. I am thrilled to get these pins into your hands in time for spooky season!
If you backed Victorian Villages I am working on getting all of the Pantone colors finalized and ready to order. Surveys will close on the 18th and lock so I can get my final counts in and get everything ordered and into production. Our preorder store is open for a couple more days if you missed this campaign.
Next up is a super fun one week campaign...
Costumed Cats will run from September 2-9 and feature a bunch of cats in their Halloween costumes! It will be a short campaign, and of course there are a bunch of freebies. Follow the campaign here!

This is one last update to let you know that the Bakeshop rewards will start shipping out this week. If you need to update your shipping address, please email me at [email protected].
All items have arrived and we are prepping them to start packing and shipping your orders to you! You should receive an email from BackerKit (if you haven't already) notifying you that you have 48 hours from now to make any final updates to your shipping address.
Please make sure that all of your information is correct! If your package is returned to us, we will reach out for you to pay for a new shipping label to the correct address before resending it.

All orders will be shipped via USPS and will come with tracking. USPS Ground Advantage packages have an estimated shipping turnaround time of 3-7 business days within the United States and 7-21 business days for international packages. Please know that once we ship a package, it is out of our hands. We can only see the same tracking information you can and are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend contacting your local postal provider for more details or to file a claim.
Original Projected Timeline June - August - Manufacturing Late August - Mid September - Order packing & shipping begins
We are well ahead of our original projected timeline and – should everything go as planned during packing – expect all orders to be shipped before the end of the month!
We will be printing labels in large batches and you may receive a tracking number at that time. Please allow us time to process the orders and for the tracking to update before reaching out with questions. So that we can focus on getting your orders to you, we will not be answering emails asking about shipping status until September 1st. We will update when all orders have been shipped.
